What counts toward your plan?
Active billable members include current members and overdue memberships that Recorr is still managing for collection. Leads, pending first payments, suspended memberships, inactive or churned members, and historical records do not count.
Reaching or exceeding a tier never stops day-to-day operations. Recorr will keep the facility running and prompt an owner to upgrade as membership grows.
